Shift employee (m/f/d) in the area of injection molding
About us:
Since 1972, j. söllner AG has been manufacturing single-use plastic medical products. Production in the attractive university town of Deggendorf comprises its own tool shop, an injection moulding department, assembly machines and takes place in a monitored environment (clean room). As a medium-sized company with international customers, we are looking for a Shift employee (m/f/d) in the area of injection molding.
Tasks:
- Assistance in setting up and upgrading the machines
- Ensuring a smooth production process by monitoring and operating the machines
- Regular inspection of manufactured products in accordance with established quality standards and reporting of deviations
- Ensuring timely delivery of raw materials
- Quick response to technical issues and minor faults
- Maintaining shift logs and production records
Qualification:
- Completed vocational training in the technical sector, ideally in plastics technology, production technology or a similar area.
- Professional experience operating injection molding machines or in a comparable production environment is an advantage.
- Basic technical understanding and the ability to operate machines efficiently.
- High level of accuracy and sense of responsibility, particularly in quality testing.
- Shift readiness: Willingness to work in a shift system (early, late and night shift).
- Ability to work under changing requirements and in a dynamic work environment.
- A careful and independent way of working combined with a high level of quality awareness
